1. Reach out
The first step in our coaching journey begins when you reach out to me, expressing
your interest in self-development. You can contact me via Instagram, Linkedin
or via email (see Contact section) to agree on a date and time
(on Calendly) for your complimentary
initial consultation, which serves as a chemistry session for us to get acquainted. You
have the autonomy to choose your preferred mode of communication for each
session, whether it is a telephone conversation, WhatsApp, Skype, Messenger or video call.
2. Questionnaire
Prior to the session, I will provide you with a questionnaire designed to delve into your
background, goals, and aspirations. This reflective exercise not only helps me
understand you better but also kick-starts your thinking process. Once you have
completed the questionnaire and send it back, we will then meet for our initial consultation.
3. Commitment
After the session, you then decide if you are ready to commit to your self-development
journey. If so, we can book a follow-up 1-hour session where we focus on your objectives,
working collaboratively to achieve your goals and aspirations.
